極低温プローブステーション オペレーショントレーニング

誠にありがとうございます。

この度、パワエレ共用システムに於きまして、極低温プローブステーション（CMP-308-4K）のオペレーショントレーニングを実施することとなりましたので、以下にお知らせ申し上げます。

【講習内容】
極低温プローブステーションのメーカー技術者をお招きしての操作講習会となります。
装置を熟知したメーカースタッフのお話がうかがえます。普段疑問に思っていることのご質問等もできますので、この機会にふるってご参加ください。

・冷凍機説明（10:00～11:30頃）
・温調機能説明・停止手順（15:00～）
[2日目]
・大気開放手順（10:00～）
・プローバー部の説明
・針当てデモンストレーション
・チャンバー真空引き操作

To Open Facility System Users

Thank you very much for using the open facility system daily.

Now, we will carry out operation training of Cryogenic probe station (CMPS-308-4K). It will be announced in the following.

【Lecture content】
(Sorry, it should be noted, all description will be Japanese.)

We will invite the technician of manufacturers and hold an operation training of Cryogenic probe station. You can ask questions to the manufacturer staff who are familiar with this equipment.
Please actively participate.

[First day]
・How to adjust cryogenic refrigerator. (10:00-11:30)
・How to use the temperature controller. (15:00-
・Apparatus of the shutdown procedure. -17:00)
[Second day AM]
・Procedure for opening to the atmosphere.（10:00-
・Description of the prober section.
・Demonstration of contacting the probe.
・How to operate the vacuum.
・Questions etc. -12:30）
