極低温プローブステーション（CMP-308-4K）操作講習会のお知らせ

この度、筑波大学数理物質系パワエレ共用システムにおきまして、極低温プローブステーション（CMP-308-4K）のオペレーショントレーニングを実施することとなりましたので、以下にお知らせ申し上げます。

【講習内容】
極低温プローブステーションのメーカー技術者をお招きしての操作講習会となります。
装置を熟知したメーカースタッフのお話がうかがえます。普段疑問に思っていることのご質問等もできますので、この機会にふるってご参加ください。

・B2912Aソースユニット操作説明（予定）
・温調機能説明（夕方頃）

【Lecture content】
(Sorry, it should be noted, all description will be Japanese.)

We will invite the technician of manufacturers and hold an operation training of Cryogenic probe station. You can ask questions to the manufacturer staff who are familiar with this equipment.
Please actively participate.

[First day pm]
・Description of the prober section.
・Demonstration of contacting the probe.
・How to operate the vacuum.

[Second day]
・How to adjust cryogenic refrigerator.
・Description of B2912A Precision Source/Measure Unit. (Undetermined)
・How to use the temperature controller
・Questions etc.
